I entered my vehicle registration number, but the displayed tyre size doesn’t match the one on my vehicle?
We obtain tyre size data by matching DVLA records with information from the SMMT (Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders) to identify your vehicle’s original equipment tyres. However, some cars may have upgraded wheels or tyres, so we recommend double-checking the actual tyre size on your vehicle before confirming your booking.
I entered my vehicle registration number, but my car details did not appear?
Please double-check that you've entered the correct details, such as not confusing the letter O with a zero. While we have data for many Light Commercial Vehicles, we cannot guarantee full coverage.
We currently do not offer motorcycle tyres, but specialist fitting centres may be able to assist. If you've recently transferred a personalised number plate, the DVLA may take a few weeks to update their records.
If your vehicle details are significantly incorrect, we recommend contacting the DVLA. Alternatively, you can search by tyre size (e.g., 205 55 16) and speed rating to view available options.

Do the prices quoted include fitting?
Our prices cover fully fitted tyres and include a new valve, wheel balancing, and the disposal of the old casing.

When do I pay for my tyres?
This website lets you choose the right tyres for your vehicle and book a fitting at a convenient time. Payment is only required at the fitting centre once you are completely satisfied.
Can I get additional work, such as wheel alignment, when I get my tyres fitted?
We offer a range of related services. Simply add your service request in the comment box when placing your booking, or use the link provided in your confirmation email.
